Returns and Refunds Policy
We are confident you will be satisfied with the workmanship and quality of your CoreControl unit. Since we stand behind our Dynavision International products, we do not offer refunds outside of warranty issues. Be reassured that the CoreControl has 20 years of science as its promising foundation as well as Dynavision International’s excellent customer service to give you the assurance you need to make a purchase or to answer any questions you have. If you need to return your CoreControl for warranty reasons, contact Customer Support at customerservice@dynavisiond2.com. The following information must be provided in the message:
- Company name
- Purchase order
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
A confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returned items must be shipped within 3 days of you receiving the return authorization. Items shipped after 3 days will not be accepted and a return will not be processed.
Dynavision warrants to the original purchaser that each new CoreControl™ unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the warranty period for the hand pod assembly and the exterior carrying bag is 90 days from the date of shipment. Repair or replacement of the CoreControl™ unit or any part thereof under this warranty does not extend the warranty period and Dynavision shall in its sole judgment determine if such defect is a warranty claim.
The original purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs back to our factory and must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from us prior to shipment. Should Dynavision, in its sole judgment, decide the unit is a warranty issue then Dynavision will incur the costs to repair or replace and return the unit to the original purchaser. If Dynavision determines, in its sole judgment, that no warranty issue exists, then Dynavision will prepare a quote to repair the unit and all shipping costs shall be incurred by the original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply if the equipment has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidents, put to use in violation of instructions furnished by us, has been repaired or altered outside our factory or if the equipment has had its serial number altered or removed.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and of all obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume, nor authorize any other person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this equipment. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or special damages. We make no warranty whatsoever in respect to wear items, such as the wrist seal or accessories and parts not supplied by us.
Refund Policy
Payment for returned items will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the items at Dynavision.
Canceling Items or Orders
If an unavailable item is keeping other items on an order from shipping or you simply decide you don’t need an item anymore, you can remove this item from your order. You may also add additional items to an open order before it ships. If your order has shipped it cannot be modified. To modify an open order contact corecontrol-order@dynavisiond2.com.
A confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided once the order has been updated.
When returning an item, it must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the product, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Damaged items will not be processed as a return. A re-stocking fee will be applied.
Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed.
